"Staff is not very inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about the tests that they run or the products they sell. Staff ordered the wrong type of contacts for me after I specified what I needed not only on the intake forms, but verbally in person as well. They lie about which insurance they take just to get you in the door. The eye exam is not with an actual optometrist, but is a virtual appointment with a technician, which is not mentioned prior to the appointment. The virtual technician also really rushed the appointment and was obviously irritated when I verbalized that she was going too fast. Very unprofessional. Process in store is very unorganized. The equipment does not seem to be cleaned in between patients. Lots of false advertising and they upsell products without informing the customer. Wouldn’t recommend at all. The only good thing is they are very fast. They get you in and out."

"I needed eyeglasses and I had been putting this off for months. I booked an appointment on a Friday evening, and received a 9:15 am appointment the next morning. I arrived early and the visit was explained to me prior to completing paperwork. The check-in was on a tablet and that made it efficient. I was drawn in by the two pairs of eyeglasses for $79 including the eye exam. What a great deal! My eyes were examined, dilated and then asked to pick out two pairs of glasses. Although the selection of frames for their two pair deal was very limited, I was very happy to learn that you can usually receive your eyeglasses in 20 to 30 minutes while you're there. So out of the door within about two hours I received an eye exam and two pairs of glasses with tinting for around $120. They have a larger variety of frames if you would like to upgrade. My glasses were single lens, but they were advertising other deals. The waiting area was small and filled up quickly. Be aware they don't accept certain insurance, so check before you go. All of the staff are courteous and helpful, but special mention to Raphael for taking very good care of me during my visit! I will be a returning customer."

"This place is great!! I’ll never go anywhere else! I have a good amount of issues with my eyes and I felt so comfortable there! Also, MERI is absolutely wonderful!!! She was extremely patient with me while I tried my new contacts ( I’ve never worn them before ! ) she was just so informative and so helpful !! I’m bringing my daughter here next because their selection of glasses are absolutely awesome as well!"

"I booked an appointment here for glasses and a contacts fitting and everything was done in a timely manner and the staff were all friendly and very helpful through the exam and picking out my glasses and contacts. Dakota was extremely helpful and patiently waited as I struggled putting on my contacts as it was my first experience even attempting to touch my eye. He gave me helpful advice and I eventually got the hang of it. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend Stantley Optical to anybody seeking better vision."
