"Melissa has the worst customer service in history. I was trying to be a new patient but with the experience that I just had, I prefer going somewhere else. I called a total of 6 times. The first time, I was hanged up on. The second time, I was placed on hold for over 19 minutes so I hung up. The third time I was hung up on again. The fourth time, I was asked if I can hold but before I could answer, the phone went silent. The fifth time, I asked to speak to a supervisor but was placed on hold for another 14 minutes until I hung up. And the sixth time, I asked for the name of the supervisor and the person that answered the phone (which was the same lady by the sound of her voice that's been doing this). Her name is Melissa and the supervisor name that she provided was Patricia. My friend warned me about this place but I just wanted to give them a chance. Well my service was greatly accepted and appreciated by a different company."

"Dr. Karl and Yoselyn were incredibly kind and professional, both exhibited excellent customer service. My mom had been waiting in the reception area for about an hour before being called into an exam room. There was no one in the room to attend to her, so, more waiting. I addressed my concern with Yoselyn, she was apologetic and immediately went to speak with a doctor about getting my mom seen asap. Enter Dr. Karl, he was courteous, attentive and patient with my mom who is recovering from a stroke. Thank you both for making a stressful situation better by being kind and showing concern."

"If I could give this place a 0 I would. It is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I do not recommend anyone to go here! They are taking advantage of people with Medicaid and I believe they are fraudulently doing so. I have been in the Medical field for over 25 years and have NEVER seen anything like this place! They do not send in any authorizations to the insurance company to see if the braces are covered. They then tell the patients the insurance won't cover them and have them sign up for a financial program that allows them to do payments. You have to put down a huge down payment same day with monthly payments. Not only to them but also to the financial program they have you sign up with. It is all lies and they never even checked with the insurance to see if they would cover the braces. This place is nasty and very unsanitary. They throw the metal on the floors from the patients mouth while putting braces on the patients. They have so many patients waiting for hours for their appointments due to scheduleing to many people at a time. People are sitting on the floors in the office and a huge line outside in the mall area. The staff are very rude and do not know patients rights or the HIPPA law. The office manager (Patricia) never follows through with anything she says shes going to and her last name has changed twice talking to her and staff members. This place should be shut down!! They have many complaints into the state!! Just so you know how bad this place truly is. I have never ever complained or did a review ever!! I just want people to be fully aware to stay away from this place!!"

"Horrible reception!! Called 2x and was left on hold for 30 minutes. I hang up, and I call a 3rd time. She picks up and I tell her I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one picked up. She asks, "May I help you?" again. I asked if she heard me and she says, "Yes, how may I help you?" Came to the point that I hung up on her and called her back to let her know I was going to leave one star on Google. I guess I am not the only one that has given this place bad reviews. It's the owner's fault for allowing such poor workers on his/her staff. I called A REAL Orthodontics office, Mann Orthodontics, and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The receptionist at Mann has great customer service and was very amiable. I want professionals to see my son, not some two-bit office at a mall."

"This Dr. is awesome for the first time in the history of going to the dentist I got x-rays done and a much needed extraction in one visit no Dentist does that usually it broken down in two or three visits and much more money. So I saved time and money not too mention a totally painless extraction experience the staff was awesome and hardly any wait time. And I've had over my fare share of Dentists in the past and she was kind and very concerned about my pain level and she did a great job very happy I found this Dentist and will continue to be a patient of hers. So if you have any fear of Dentists give this one a try you won't be disappointed. Scott Mc."
