"This is the worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility. They first did an exam for contacts, but gave me the wrong scrip. Called and called and no reply. Left 8 messages. Finally had to drive there and they made me an appointment for 4 days later. Doctor hunt said " I don't know how this happened" and redid my scrip for the contacts. Tried them for a day and then called back to order them. Had to leave message, but no one called back. Finally had to order on line. Left more messages about the problem. I received 1 call back after many calls, but could not resolve anything. I have been going to this office in Sun City Center for several years and never a problem until now. I cant drive without my contacts.; 2 weeks no contacts or reply to redo scrip. I would give no stars, but not available. This story goes on and on, but what is the point?"
"Dr and staff are very nice. The time it takes to actually get your glasses is to long. This will be the last time I go there. Today is 2 weeks waiting. Both times it it was to long to get glasses. Also they only work 9-5 Monday-Friday. This makes it very hard to get the glasses."
"The initial service was excellent. However, they ordered the wrong prescription. When I tried to explain that to the gal who I assume is a manager, she was very condescending and rude telling me they'll exchange them this time but she wanted me to know that's not something they usually do. She did this very loud in front of other customers. Even though it was THEIR error! I won't be returning based on her horrible customer service. Also, while I was there, there were two other customers whose prescription got ordered incorrectly. **Just to be clear, I was not upset about the error, they are only human. I was mostly upset by the way I was treated by just ONE of the staff. The doctor and the rest of the staff are wonderful. It's too bad you have one bad apple in the group ruining the rep for the whole team."
"So I went their for eye glasses appointment (normally I wear contact )and the girl up front say she has it down but the do doctor give me an contact exam and the glasses exam and I have to pay $95 extra on top of everything wouldnt recommended"
