"Copying my review to this location because for some reason this office has two separate pages for the same building, with VASTLY different reviews. I haven't had worse treatment at a doctors office in my entire life. From charging me for visits I had already paid in person, to being unable to schedule for months out, to today. I was told that I needed to update my insurance on file. I said I didn't have the card on me. She said, OK bring it next time. While waiting I found what I presumed to be my current insurance card. When she ran it she told me that this was the wrong card and I should have received a vertical one. Then she tells me that I can't have my 8:30am appointment today because of that. When I'm already here. After just telling me it wasn't a problem before... So, when they do something stupid, don't ever correct them and try to be a good patient. Neesa has no problem breaking the rules when I didn't have my card, but suddenly can't now? And I have to wait weeks for another appointment? I'm done. Too many mistakes and bad receptionists. I'll take my records to another office that has competent staff that stay there longer than a few months..."

"Dr Rose is amazing. She listens to you. She takes the time to take care of you. Her medical assistant is VERY RUDE and has no business working with the public. I love her nursing staff they are always quick witted and funny. They put you right at ease. If that medical assistant keeps up her rude behavior we will have to change doctors."

"I had been dealing with strange issues for several years, and no one understood why. Apparently, they weren't testing for the right thing. I went to see Carmelia Lee, and she figured it out during my first visit! She's the best doctor that I've ever been seen by. I wish my previous doctors would have investigated and listened more as she does. If she ever left this office, I'd literally move just to be sure that I kept her as my primary care physician. "This clinic in DeLand is a little building. They have too many patients. Understaffed long wait times eye problems a lot in this office. If I were you, I really would not go there. Things get all mixed up referrals get screwed up. Doctors can't keep up with your medication and refills. When you go there you expected to wait at least a half an hour an hour to see the doctor you get in the room you wait at least another hour until the doctor comes in. All in all this is the one they assigned to me. But I would not recommend it for anybody else."
