"Took my baby there about a month ago and was so disappointed with this place. True they offer low cost spay/neuter. $165 for surgery. Plus Itemized bill to include $35 each for pain and antibiotic medications and $25 - $35 for each vaccine. Nail trimming for $15. When i picked up my cat he was growling and meowing, obviously in pain. They didn't put on the collar because no one could hold him. I asked why the collar wasnt put on when he was asleep. Makes me question whether or not pain medication was given as the cat obviously was in pain. Not his usual behavior. His nails weren't trimmed. The print out instructions they gave for post surgery were blackened out so you could not read it. I mentioned that at the time but I was told it's the same information they go over with you so a clean copy wasn't printed. Wouldn't take my cat back there or recommend to someone else. Perhaps i caught them on an off day but They need to work on customer service and professionalism."

"Customer service on the phone sounded great…. If they ever answer. I was told to come in Wednesday the 29th between 7:30-9 am to get my kitten neutered. Myself and two others came in, no one was at the location, no one answered the phone. Driving an hour and a half on top of them telling me to not feed my boy food or water for over 8 hours?! And then not notifying me that they are not open? Sounds pretty unprofessional to me."

"Awesome people here, super friendly and helpful. Both my cats were spayed and sent home the same day. Both are doing very well, and happy. Service here is quick, and the price is very affordable. If you need low-cost spaying or neutering, this place is the best. Highly recommended!"
