"Dr. Vitalli absolutely rude, in 10 minutes of our appointment and seeing me first time she was rude, absolutely unprofessional and have hysterical behavior, raised her voice at me, simply because she doesn’t know how to do her job and answers on simple questions. Horrible experience. We been in this clinic for 1 year, but now we have to leave because of her."

"I was with my Frenchie in two places before arriving at Hands where I did not get any diagnosis of the pain he felt every time I tried to carry him and he could not stand on his two back legs, I spent 800 usd on exams and x -rays in the other places and the solution was to operate on my dog's knees, a friend recommended this place to me and if I could I would give it 10 stars, the staff is very friendly and Dr. Bustamante gave us a diagnosis and sent Kenzo home with medicines. Thank you very much, we will surely come back here"

"Dr. Caprio was thorough, gentle, and loving towards my 2 cats today! I liked that she saw them within the same appointment time, as other vets in the past made me book 2 separate appointments. She gave them treats & gave me information to take home for dental care & weight loss so that my girls can live longer healthier lives as well. Grateful for a kind vet."

"Feel being scammed. The vet in another clinic suggested to perform an ultrasound for my cat and I had all test results email to me. I called caring hands and they confirmed that they do perform ultrasound but warned me that I still have to see their vet first and charges will be applied . Also I was warned that if I'm more than 10 minutes late, I have to reschedule. I agreed. We arrived 5 minutes late and was waiting 50 minutes with my cat vomiting until they were ready to see us. Then they refused to perform ultrasound because MANAGER of the office didn't give a permission. What kind of place is that when doctor has to ask manager for that. ...They were very quick to charge me for the appointment (check up) I didn't really need it. .. The doctor was nice though."
