"- they will gladly overcharge you during an emergency - they will later refuse medical care to your animals once you let them know that you've noticed they're overcharging you. so that no one is misled, the second part was not during an emergency, but it is a life-saving surgery fortunately they were foolish enough to put all of this in texts and letters, so I have proof of all of it. they charged me over $400 for a procedure on my cat during an emergency situation. when I checked the price around with other local veterinarians, the highest price they could come up with was $265. the annual vaccine appointments also cost twice as much as anybody local. when I asked them why they charge so much compared to anybody else, they said "it's because of the quality", and then acted like they didn't say that. I have it in writing from them. so anyway, once I told them that I knew they were overcharging me, and complained about the fact that they overcharged me, they then refused to perform a surgery on my dog after telling me that my dog needed the surgery. most of the people who work here are fine and I'm generally happy with the medical care that my animals have received, except for one kitten that they kept shooting full of antibiotics, week after week, until another veterinarian finally told me it was a viral infection. so in short, get all pricing from them ahead of time, and compare it with other vets before using them."

I Googled "Best veterinarian Hospital near me" and they were highy recommended. I called LWAH on a Friday, and they took her in right away, and started working on her. They saved her life. The DVM's and nurses that work there genuinely care for every animal that comes through their doors, and have the greatest intentions for the wellness and proper care for your precious animals.They are extremely affordable and I have 100 percent confidence in their work. The receptionist is super kind and very responsive. Cuddles has as 2nd chance because of LWAH. Again, thank you for saving my beloved cat.
