"Absolutely awful customer service. I have tried calling to speak to someone for 3 days now. Each time a woman answers the phone says "please hold" and puts me on hold before I can even react. I then have sat on hold for over 5 minutes each time. Now today I hung up and tried calling back and she just switches me to being on hold without even picking up the phone. Needless to say I'm done trying and will not be giving you my business."

"This is the worst pharmacy. The lady in front of me left in tears because she said she has waited 3 days for a Rx. I had to pay double for my Rx because the ladies argued with me about a coupon I had from Gold Good Rx. I called Gold Good Rx when I got home and I was correct. Gold Good Rx called and tried to negotiate a refund and they said they couldn’t, it was policy. I am 68 and on a fixed income. I cannot afford to pay double for Rx’s. I have never seen professionals behave the way they did, it was a disgrace!"
