"Our dog has been attending VCA Simmons Animal Hospital since she was a puppy. During one of our visits we met the best vet tech ever! Her name is Yvette!! Visits to VCA had been very stressful for us for several years mainly due to the way the professionals interact with our dog. Thanks to Yvette we no longer dread going to VCA. Yvette is amazing with dogs and her love of animals comes through. She is gentle and kind. She takes her time and really makes us feel heard, understood and respected. Most importantly she makes our dog feel at ease. Our dog is terrified of being at the vet and for good reason! Well Yvette has completely changed this for us.
