"Heard about Mark's Ark from another big box pet store. Checked out the reviews and saw complaints about the customer service and was a little hesitant. However, we were offered service almost immediately upon arrival by Shawn- we explained what we were there for but wanted to look around a little first. Shawn was kind enough to check back with us and took care of us right away. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the fish and even shared when they received new fish. The store had a great selection of freshwater fish to choose from. The website tells you what came in the latest deliveries so you have an idea before you even go if they may have what you are looking for. Definitely recommend Mark's Ark and Shawn!"
