"The owners "updated" their policy on monthly credits, so any credits built up from not going monthly can ONLY be used for a basic bath instead of other services like a blow dry. This doesn't work if you have a double coated dog that requires a blow dry before leaving. I stopped bringing one dog already over the quality of service months ago. I dont love this "we care about the money and don't try to pretend to care the dogs" business model that this business based around dogs has adopted. I wish they improved instead of whatever it is they're doing"

"I wouldn't recommend this place. The membership style is enticing and customer service is stellar, but the service quality is lackluster. I'd prefer to bath him myself or bring him to a dedicated grooming service. I did the introductory first bath and blow out and the service and spent close to $90 with a tip. When he came out originally, he wasn't fully dried and still needed to be deshedded. I couldn't add on the deshedding service because they were fully booked for the day, but they offered to dry him more. They aside the issue with drying him was that he's a larger dog and they couldn't get him to stay still. At the same price point, I could've brought him to another groomer that would've desheeded and given him a haircut."
