"One Star is for Dr Denney since she is nice and means well. Negative 4 Stars for the office personnel that work here. RUDE RUDE RUDE ladies up front. Very LAZY. Do not want to do anything. Continue to perform MALPRACTICE when they take blood pressure and document it incorrectly, temperature and document it before the timer beeps, and taking a pulse by only counting for 10 seconds. Literally have called them in tears after my mother passed and asked if they could call in a prescription refill and they said "well I am sorry you have to have the pharmacy send me a request". If I were this office, I would fire all "staff" and start over with real MA's and receptionists. Unfortunately, I have to continue going here and will happily look this RUDE women in the face at my next appointment. NOT helpful to someone in a hard time in their life. Should not be in healthcare."
