"good service and good doctors but they do not meet the patients' times. especially if you have a procedure do not be the first since it happens to me it is very unpleasant..My process was at 6 am and from that time they prepare you that is, they take off your clothes, they cover you with a sheet and wait until Dr. Alexander Veloso arrives, he arrived almost at 8 am.Well, I had to wait for more than an hour and a half frozen from the air conditioning was very cold that gave me the flu. Please don't be the first, because if you wait , at least you'll be in the waiting room dressed. and I wish the center would put the appointments at the time that the doctor actually arrives. please you have to treat with respect the time of patients as far as possible This is constructive criticism to improve the experience."

"I went to see Dr. Andrade 3 years ago, and found him to be condescending and not helpful. This has been confirmed once again as my mother is having continuous issues him him. He does not provide explanations, appears annoyed when the patient asks questions, and worst of all, it is nearly impossible getting in touch with his practice telephonically. My mother waited 45 min on the line, only to have them hang up. The office staff admitted to receiving 500 calls each day, however they certainly are understaffed if thats the case. When my mother requested to switch to another doctor in the practice, she was just told "no", without explanation. Save yourself the trouble, and seek a doctor with better customer service and bedside manner."
