We made a last minute COVID19 testing appointment with Alliance Health and Coral Gables was the closest location to our hotel. Kwesta was amazing! She got us checked in, tested and on our way quickly and with a smile! Would give her more stars but google only offers 5."

"I did not receiver my covid tests in the stated times and almost had to change all my flight plans. Thankfully the testing done at the airport with another company was on point. This company seems pretty useless. Customer services has not returned any of my calls."

"Warning - I was charged $245 at the time I booked a COVID test for travel It was not made clear to me when I made the appointment that my card would be charged at the time of booking. I cancelled the appointment well in advance of my scheduled time because my international travel plans changed. I was not given a refund and the charge is still on my statement. I called on October 12 to ask about the refund, spoke to several people who took lots of notes and I was told that their Finance department would call me back within three to five days. On October 20, I still had not heard back. I called again on October 20, spoke to another person who took lots of notes and was told someone would call back with 15 minutes. 24 hours and I still have not heard anything and was informed this morning that there is nothing I can do. This company is unresponsive and don't appear to care about their customers very much at all."
