"Unfortunately, my family did not have a good service at this office, specifically my husband, who had a very concerned blood work result and took days for the P.A. to call him with instructions. Even so, she did not provide the right way to deal with the situation. I am here not to talk bad about their practices, but to help them and their clients to have the best service as we all should have. My son and I already changed office, my husband is about to change too. Their staff are very kind though, nothing to complain about them. Unfortunately, my review regarding this office is not positive."

"I recently moved and wanted to find a doctor in the area. When I called, the receptionist stated that the staff was out to lunch, but would make sure to have them call me back to book an appointment. It has been a month. As a person who has health insurance I can honestly say that with or without it, getting seen by a doctor in this country is a nightmare. The lack of professionalism from a simple call back is astounding. I wanted to give this clinic a try because of the reviews, but after a month long wait to book an appointment, it isn’t worth it. If they can’t call me back for a simple appointment booking, I can’t imagine how long it’ll take for a call back regarding lab results."
