"SCAM and LIARS! I am not paid by writing this review. Just letting you beware of this practice! One of my foot ankle got hurt from Just walking. I came to the office for the adjustment only and they told me they would not do any adjustment unless I have Xray. They said an Xray and exam is $375 but they gave me the discount for $200. I asked the staff if its included the adjustment and they said yes. So I agreed to it because I knew its make sense to get an Xray but didnt think its too expensive compare to other offices. They took my Xray and Dr came to exam my foot. Then they hooked me up to a stimulation unit and "laser light". After done, they said I need to come back the other day for the Xray result so Dr can do adjustment for me. I came back, POPKIN told me about the whole treatment plan that supposed to be $4300 but gave me a "BIG DISCOUNT" of $2800 to I only need to pay $1250 for 10 or 12 treatments. I said I will think about it but now I just want an adjustment and they said I wouldn't receive any adjustment today. If I wanted to, I have to pay another $100 for 1 min. I told them but the staff said I received my adjustment at the beginning in $200 that I paid. POPKIN said "I'm sorry for the wrong information that they gave you, but I dont give you the adjustment unless you pay another $100". HE KNEW his staffs messed up but he still denied to give me the adjustment. As a person who works in the healthcare industry, HE is UNETHICAL and IMMORRAL as a DR! I couldnt believe that I walked out with a scam of the office who took $200 from me and my ached ankle. He just want to steal money from people that he called "PATIENTS". TO Me, he shouldnt be a DR at the beginning with if he doesnt help people as a healthcare worker supposed to. A message to POPKIN:" I believe in KARMA and one day KARMA will get back to you 10 times worse than this. Remember this! $200 is nothing to me but it can take your health away from you.Good luck with your practice and I hope people aware of THIS SCAM. FYI: YOu guys can get an XRAY, a therapy treatment and an ADJUSTMENT only for $80 in PEMBROKE PINE!"

"This is a scam,stay away from this place. First they manipulate the test to make you believe that you have neuropathy, then they lie about the insurance and rush you to buy a treatment for a condition you don't have. How is possible to get a diagnosis next day??, I try to explain to my wife but she was so desperate because from being an active person to be tie to a walker is depressing. This is not a pay review like the ones you see online. I took my wife there on May 22 last year for balance problems and met this guy named popkin and another lady, the one in charge of manipulate the test.They take an X-ray ( blurry image by the way) and a blower and thermal test and the next day he going to tell us the guess what, neuropathy in advanced stage, she needs treatment right away and the insurance don't give him enough money to cover the treatment so my wife opt to pay cause she wants to be able to walk, total cost six thousand dollars. The equipment took two weeks to get home.meanwhile I check with the insurance and was no claim from this place.First follow up popkin wasn't there , sent another guy to do the tests and said the condition was getting worse. Finally popkin show up and tell us may be can take a year to see results. She continues doing the therapy until the next follow up . That day we get there half an hour before the appointment and he was in lunch and the place was dessert . finally show up and went straight to the office and send the other guy to do the tests with the same results and the last minutes he came and said he going to meet his partners to see why she was getting worse and he going to call us but never happens. When we see the poor interest he have in my wife case because he got the money , we decide to go to a neurologist .We when back there in January to pick up the medical records and ask to see this guy and he said , is not time for a follow up yet snd we still waiting for the appointment.The neurologist order a NCS test and came out negative for neuropathy , That's explains everything and the reason he doesn't want to see my wife Marta Torres . I'm putting the name because I don't want him to say we wasn't there. As you see I don't call him a doctor,that word is too big for him. Being a doctor is about professionalism , integrity , trust and compassion things you won't find there. Stay Away you been warned. Feel free to share"

"The entire team is amazing! From scheduling an appointment to setting up a plan to making me feel better. Everyone is so genuinely nice and are very thorough with explaining what is going on and making sure you understand each step of the way with such great confidence. I can get help from anywhere, especially living in Miami. BUT, I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else (sooooooo worth the drive!). Bonus- they are a funny team, which one can really appreciate."

"Went to this center and was treated by Dr. Popkin. I came with knee issues. On my first day I was presented with a video of the consequences of going on without treatment, a life with progressive or continuous knee problems resulting in being in a wheel chair or walker. The doctor came into the room after the video presentation and recommended a series of sessions resulting in $3800. He insisted that treatment needed to be in full without payment options and prior to treatment. Long story short I finished my sessions and my knee condition has worsened. Now swollen and the swelling is now traveling to my ankle. He recommended for me to get a scan as I was feeling worse rather than better. Got the scan and now I need to go to a specialist. My issue is why not take the scan first? And why insist in full payment? Now thinking in hindsight. In addition, I requested my records this week and they have refused to acknowledge my request. If I go to a dental office more than likely they take X-rays, if I complain of back pain the Orthopaedic will request an MRI. Why not request this scan after the fact of $3800? And now refuse to give me my records. Please think twice about visiting this place as my experience my serve as a warning. Very upsetting."
