"I called to set up a first visit for a family member. I told the person this family member had cancer but they insisted that the patient needed to call. I understand patient/doctor confidentiality but I’m just making an appointment for someone that has stage IV cancer and is dealing with enough. I haven’t had this issue with any other Medical offices INCLUDING University of Miami Health Systems who never have given me an issue with this."

I feel at home and as if surrounded by family … the Manager Ms. Melo will personally get involved to answer questions and guide me as necessary to my various stops within the facility … I certainly would recommend the clinic and it’s staff members"

"I've been waiting for 2 medications for over a month now and they still havent sent the order to the pharmacy. I've had to pay out of pocket because they dont do their job! I've called them several times and all they say is yea we will do it right now or they just hand up the phone because the ladies that answer the phone calls are extremely rude. I talked to the manager she didnt do anything about it. I put a complain and not even like that they get their job done! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Dont recommed it. Even with the ladies at the pharmacy they have been rude and all they are doing is their job and trying to help me because ive gone several times to see if they finally sent the medication. If you can go somewhere else do so!"

"My experience with the Center staff and doctors has been a great one. The center is spotless and has a family friendly environment.Although nothing is perfect, like some have commented on below. The employees at the clinic are exceptional. I’m not just another patient, I feel cared for."
