"Had my appointment today and it was a great experience. Walked in and met Sharon the intake specialist. She was super funny, friendly and compassionate. Then met with Dr. Shaw and talked about my needs specific to my diagnosis. Answered any questions I had in great detail and was very patient with me. Process was quick, easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend coming to this location."

"The first person you will deal with is the office manager, Sharon. She is the absolute best and will walk you through the process from beginning to end. She is very nice and shows how much she cares about the patients. I saw Dr. Shaw. She's an incredibly nice lady. She took the time to discuss the impacts of my "qualifying condition" on my quality of life and how marijuana has helped improve it. (This was a visit for renewal.) That Dr. Shaw specializes in palliative care was evident and much appreciated. The entire experience was not one that you have "to get through" like many doctors' office visits. It was one in which you could tell you were being cared for from the beginning to the end. I have sincere appreciation for both Sharon and Dr. Shaw, and I recommend them highly."

She handles all aspects of getting patients signed up - even navigating new clients through the state application process. She has a sense of humor and is extremely responsive to questions. Sharon gives out her email and work number to all and encourages folks to call her if there are issues, questions, or concerns. I had my first meeting this morning with Dr. Shaw, and she is a real treasure. She spent a lot of time with me discussing my overall health needs and assisted me in thinking through my options.
