"Very unprofessional. When I first walked in to surrender my rabbit I was getting looks and stared at by staff. The second time I came in the same thing happened and I got attitude from staff. I had an appointment and I waited 45 minutes to ask what was taking so long and they already forgot I was there and the reason I was there. It was like I walked in the door again. I got attitude from the staff once more and they were rude about their answers and didn’t tell patients that they were short staffed. If they would’ve told me that when I first got there, I would’ve been understanding. They also wasted my time for almost 2 hours."
