"I made an appointment a week in advance and when I went to the clinic I found the door locked. I called and sent several messages and they did not respond. The next day they didn't even bother to call me and justify or even apologize. Professionalism is ZERO grade."

"Been going to Family Medicine Of Boca for 14 years. I used to see Dr. Willey before she passed away and then was seeing Dr Fleck. Both great. UNFORTUNATELY now this office has new ownership and a new network of doctors. (MD Healthcare Network) Not only have they changed the frequency of office visits and bloodwork for patients (without medical necessity or notification to patients) they have also changed all the office staff. This new office staff is quite rude and unhelpful. The nurse was not quite so bad. The doctor is “unavailable” when I questioned the changes. Very surprising! I never saw Dr Shiv who signed off on my last 2 prescriptions (only nurses and PAs) yet was told I need to visit every 3 months now instead of my usual annual visit. No medical reason was given. They just want more visits $$$? I called this office for the location of the last PA I saw (since I’d prefer another office) and the they were going to give it to me until the “office manager” got on the phone and actually lied and said they don’t know. LOL! Wow. Luckily I found the Sunrise location and will be going there until my next annual checkup in June, at which time I’ll CHANGE NETWORKS thank god. It’s a trek but well worth not having to deal with such a horrible office! Shocking behavior to say the least! (Sorry for the caps, just trying to let people know :)"

"They are a joke. I have been going to this office for 20 years. Now a new doctor has taken the practice. They don't return phone calls. Calls everyone Love. So unprofessional. No answering service either. They rarely answer the phones. Time to find a new doctors office. Customer service doesn't apply here. Just out for the money. Wants you to go in person every month to get your scripts refilled is what I get"

"This place WAS great when Dr. Fleck was there. The new owners and staff are RUDE and disrespectful! I was screamed at by a staff member for trying to refill my prescription. I have never been so upset at the way a doctors staff treats people. In my opinion they should NOT even be in business. I asked for my files and will NOT be returning!"

"My family has been seeing Laureen Fleck for years. She is my absolute favorite physician I have ever seen and my family and I reccomend her to anyone we know. The staff is warm and caring and remember you as a patient (things like walking in the door and after greetings asking how people like my stepdad and sisters are by name). I had health insurance that wasn't accepted in this office for a few months and still was willing to pay out of pocket to go here."
