Quest Diagnostics Boca Raton -Palmetto

"Showed up at 7 am with script in hand. Fasted for nothing. Tech said my doctor wasn’t in their computer system so he couldn’t do labs. Then went home, spent hours on phone between doctor’s office and Quest only to find the doctor IS in their system . I was on a three way call and could barely understand the person at the Palmetto Park location who said not to worry. She told me just to be sure to come early tomorrow & now I see they aren’t even open."

"I had a great experience at this location. Brian was my phlebotomist. He was very professional and patient with me, I am not a fan of needles as most people are not. I cannot imagine how many times he hears that in a day. Brian took his time and before I knew it I was done and out the door."

"I did not have an appointment, I walked in and I waited less than a minute! Kay was my phlebotomist, she was amazing and quick. I did blood and urine tests. The whole process took 5 minutes."

"Be aware, absolutely incompetent staff. I just left this place and still think if this really happened it’s so hard to believe I was treated this way… Not only one person but all of them ignored me besides the pregnant lady in the end. I spent over two hours only because that they told me my prescription wasn’t there. Until that last pregnant lady finally the only one who knew her job and retrieved it . First I was admitted by a room 3 lady and she told me my prescription was not there, I called my doctors office. They told me they send a prescription yesterday and have a confirmation but they were nice enough and they resent it again online since I was told by the room number three lady that they don’t have a fax machine to get it quicker after two hours of waiting Nicole from the room number one who was extremely rude to me, said that they do have a fax machine and she gave me the number.when Told her I have been waiting for two hours her reply was well u didn’t came in prepared with your prescription? What? U have my prescription u just don’t know how to locate it , so sad… when I called my doctors office back, they told me that’s the same fax number that they already sent my prescription in twice. Nicole and the other girl from the room number three and also another girl who was African-American none of them knew if they had fax machine or not or how to retrieve the prescription online. they kept me waiting, ignoring me and avoiding me. and when I was trying to explain the story from my doctors office, they kept shutting me down and stopping me talk, and even the African-American girl like waved at me like leave leave. I still can’t believe this was such a terrible experience. They had my prescription the whole time. In the end, they did not even apologize its like nothing happened. What an incompetent staff. I left voicemail to manager Zachary and shared my story. Manager please train your staff properly and teach them how to be polite professionals!"

"Do not listen to the poor reviews, these folks are all walk-ins and entitled old complainers, when making an appointment makes this process easy. The staff is very good and caring, doing a great job at taking blood samples efficiently and painlessly. I have had only good experiences here and I am disabled, having to have tests taken on a regular basis."
