"Steer clear of this location – it's a nightmare! My MRI appointments were absolute disasters. The first one was canceled last minute because of staffing issues, then rescheduled, only to arrive and find out that the machine was broken. And just when you think it couldn't get any worse, my second appointment was canceled again due to staffing problems. It seems like this place is constantly struggling with staffing and management issues. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to go."
"AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME! This location is a joke. Two MRIs months apart and both full of issues. FIRST TIME DEALING WITH RAYUS WEST BOCA MRI #1 was scheduled and you guys called the day before to had to cancel it because of staffing issues. Rescheduled for a week later. Came in to the office and sat for 45 minutes until I was told the MRI machine was broken and the team could not get it started. Had to reschedule again. 3 weeks from scheduling the initial appointment until i finally got my MRI. Thank god this wasn't a health crisis! HERE WE GO AGAIN Last Monday I scheduled an appointment with for an MRI for this coming Monday. The caller gave me 3 appointment times to choose from. Today, Friday, you call and cancel because you don't have the right staff available on Monday. And of course there are no available appointment now for next week, so you want mt to reschedule for another week away. Why is it you always have staffing issues and have to cancel at this location. Perhaps because the management at this location is inept? I look forward to your canned response!"
"This establishment is utterly disappointing. I've had two MRI appointments here, and both experiences were riddled with problems. The first MRI was scheduled, only to be canceled the day before due to staffing issues. It was rescheduled for a week later. Upon arriving at the office, I waited for 45 minutes, only to be informed that the MRI machine was malfunctioning and the team couldn't start it. Another rescheduling was necessary. It took three weeks from the initial appointment scheduling until I finally got my MRI. Thankfully, it wasn't a health emergency! Just this past Monday, I scheduled another MRI appointment for the upcoming Monday. I was provided with three appointment time options. However, today, on Friday, I received a call informing me that the appointment had to be canceled because they lack the necessary staff for Monday. Predictably, there are no available appointments for next week, so they want me to reschedule for yet another week later. Why does this location always face staffing issues and cancellations? Could it be due to incompetent management? I eagerly await your canned response!"
"This location is wonderful. It’s clean and the techs are fast and proficient. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. If you need any type of imaging I only recommend this location. I was surprised when I called for an mri appointment they were able to schedule within a few days and on a Sunday! Now for the negative… back end corporate administration is horrible and they do not give all the correct information. My last MRI was never sent to the dr. When I checked in today I asked for a disc and mentioned the numerous phone calls I made about the dr not getting the scans and was told… they don’t send that to the requesting dr. No one ever mentioned that last year. So now I know and will send it to the doctor myself."
"8/7/2023 I used to really enjoy this place because they're able to stick you properly. Unfortunately they no longer know how to bill correctly. They are trying to say I owe money for scans in September that I paid out of pocket for ($976.22) like I don't have receipts and bank statements and threatening to send to collections. Highly recommend against this center if you don't want to be potentially scammed out of money almost a year after the fact. The good thing about having had cancer is that I'm very particular with keeping track of payments for this exact reason. Having an illness is hard enough financially in America without every medical place you go to trying to double charge you. This is all even after having a phone call with them a little over a month ago explaining all of this to them. Absolutely no resolution just more false bills in the mail. 9/5/2023 Update. I emailed with support after my initial review and was told I would receive a check in the mail for my over payment after 3 weeks. It has been just over 4 weeks now so I followed up and they're trying to reapply the overpayment somewhere else allegedly with no update. It looks like I may have to have my future follow up scans somewhere that actually has a billing department and a customer service department. Strongly do not recommend this facility unless you want to be ripped off."
