"I like Dr Su Diaz, hes a very good Dr., however the staff and customer service is HORRIBLE. You cant get thru on the line then if you do they act like you are a bother. My last yearly physical I called to make an appointment, although I have been a patient for years I was told there are no openings and we are not taking New patients. Same hour I went online,,,and scheduled an appointment. This week after multiple calls I did receive a call back. Told them my issue and asked to speak to my doctor. That request was denied. An appointment was made for today. I was called yesterday by staff to confirm my visit, I checked in on the app today prior to arrival, took off work, arrived to be greeted at the desk and was told the doctor the Doctor said he wont be seeing me. Pathetic waste of time. You mean NO ONE, No Staff thought it may be a good idea to call me??? Wont be going back there EVER!"

"Dr. Aurelien is by far the BEST doctor I have ever had!!!! She was always there for me in the 7+ years that she was my primary doctor previous to me moving out of state this past year. Dr. Aurelien is a true professional whether it be to listen to and answer your questions, give advice, recommend the best "specialist" doctors if circumstances warrant or to be a source of strength when needed.
