"The staff are wonderful. Very thorough, kind and I feel they really listen to you. Most doctors' offices make you wait forever and then spend only a few minutes with you. Here you still may wait a normal amount of time to be seen, but they spend time with you asking questions, they are friendly and concerned, they don't just take your vitals and rush you out. And the nurse practitioner I have dealt with was alway fantastic and has a great "bedside manner." I would highly recommend this office."

"Dr. Evans is just amazing. She never rushes, she's caring and compassionate. I wish more doctors were like her. The office staff are really nice too and I never have to wait more than a few minutes before being called in. "Receptionist was the absolute worst!!! I don't ever write negative reviews as I feel that my time is best served pointing out the positive in everything. However, today I had a pre-op appointment with Dr. Crooks at this facility and the receptionist was the ABSOLUTE WORST! She was condescending, disrespectful and humiliated me in front of other patients that were sitting in the lobby. I was 7 (SEVEN) minutes late to my appointment and she was completely patronizing when she informed me that due to my tardiness the doctor would probably not be able to see me! She treated me as if I were an uneducated woman when she reprimanded me for not having completed the unnecessary on-line questionnaires! When asked my payment method I informed her it would be cash and she acted as if I was an indigent asking for charity when she repeatedly stated, "are you using Medicaid? Did you not qualify for insurance? Do you have any other insurance you want to use?!! What part of CASH PAYMENT is not clear? When calling other patients to the window she addressed them as "Mr. or Mrs." When calling me to the window on multiple occasions, she simply called me by my first name. I found this to be demeaning behavior as she treated me differently from the other patients sitting in the lobby. She made emphasis in the fact that the Dr. would try to "fit me in" since I had been late and she asked whether I was not advised to arrive 30 minutes early! When asked how long the wait would be she simply stared at me with a look of frustration and said, "LONG!" I insisted she give me an approximate time and it was then she gave me an estimate wait... The rest of the staff and the Doctor were absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, the humiliating treatment I received by this receptionist left a sour taste in my mouth and I will only return if this woman is no longer part of this business. As a front end employee, she should have been professional and kind. However, she was the complete opposite."

"I had my first appointment with Dr.Crooks. First off the medical assistant Deana was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. I then met Dr. Crooks for the first time. Her demeanor was very pleasant and a good listener. She was able to make a quick diagnosis of my problem and recommended a proper treatment. I had been to 2 walk in clinics prior to this and unfortunately the diagnosis and treatment was incorrect. Dr. Crooks spent at least a half hour with me.. I never felt rushed. She is 5+ star. On the way out, the office girl offered to print out a free coupon for Symbicort. I have no complaints. I will be a return customer!"

"I love my Dr. Jodi Simkins. She is always so detailed and thorough with her medical exams. I never have to wait too long, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. From time to time I had to go in to get my blood drawn, and it was always quick and easy. I really like something new that the office has online where I can go get my medical results at the click of a button online. Makes things much easier and it opens another form of communication with my doctor."
