Dr. Neil Ghany, Hand Surgeon in Boca Raton, Florida, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty certification in surgery of the hand. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Ghany brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Spine & Orthopedic Center.

Dr. Ghany's journey to becoming a hand surgeon began with a degree in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union in New York City. His interest in orthopedic surgery was sparked by a mentor who was both an engineer and an orthopedic surgeon. He went on to complete his medical training at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

Specializing in hand to elbow disorders, Dr. Ghany offers treatment for injuries, arthritic conditions, wrist pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome. He is skilled in endoscopic carpal tunnel releases, wrist arthroscopy with TFCC repairs, and repairing fractures and tendon injuries from the elbows to the fingertips. Additionally, he is trained in microsurgical techniques for nerve injuries and arthroplasty of the hand, wrist, and elbow for arthritic conditions.

Outside of work, Dr. Ghany enjoys spending time with his family, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying outdoor activities like snorkeling and kayaking.
