Physician Care Centers - Margate

"My parents have been seen by dr. Augustin for more than 5 years. But the office is going from bad to worse. You can never get in touch with someone at the office even if you have an emergency or need a refill. Every time you call someone in the answering service tells you to call back in 5 minutes. Today I started to call from 3pm and I couldn’t talk to anyone until they close. I am going to look for another pcp for my parents because I don’t think they are getting the care they need from that doctor office."

"My grandparents have been going to this office for years because they only speak Haitian Creole and prefer to be active participants in their care, but they have experienced unprofessionalism and disorganization bordering negligence. There have been many errors with medications due to unclear instructions and delays with approving refills to the pharmacy. I have called multiple times in the past 2 weeks to have my grandfather’s medication refill approved and was told that it would be done or had been done each time. I called the pharmacy to confirm and was informed that it was not done multiple times. This is only one instance of their lack of organization. I have dealt with blatantly rude receptionists and overall would not recommend this office to anyone."

"This office is extremely rude and unwillingly to work with you once they find out you have insurance. They will try anything in their power to have you pay out of pocket as they described the insurance work to be "too much of a hassle to find" even though I had my insurance card and ID readily available"
