"The Hospital staff is great, very caring, and patient. The room I had after my minor surgery was great and It was as clean as my own home. Mrs. Busy Bee the housekeeper here at the hospital was amazing. She not only cleaned the room spotless but she lifted my spirits with her loving and caring manor, just terrific! The bed was so comfortable, I’ve never felt one so comfortable in a hospital before."

"The entire staff has been amazing from the moment we entered the hospital. The administration team was quick and polite. Brought dad to the ER and the nurse Sam and Dr. Steele were so kind, caring and thorough. Do to being so sick, he was admitted to ICU. My father’s ICU nurses were amazing! Matt, Terra and Eric cared for dad with love, knowledge and even made him chuckle a time or to. Dr. Adesoji did an amazing job of caring for dad from ER through ICU and had wonderful bed side manner. Dad loved his muscles also :), lol. Thank you to the entire team at Northwest!"

"We just had our 2nd child here since Holy Cross was no longer had a maternity department. Overall we had a great experience. The labor and delivery team was super helpful, including our resident doctor who had lots of tips to help the induction process. I have to say, postpartum was the best. The rooms were newly renovated and the staff was amazing. Kim, our nurse, was amazing with making our 6 year old feel special and had great tips. Brittany, our lactation specialist, was also outstanding. When I told her my plans to pump, she was able to pivot her advice to tailor it towards pumping tips. Because of her, I truly believe she enhanced my pumping experience which completely changed my postpartum recovery journey. I wasn’t sure about this hospital based on some things I heard, but we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because we had a LOT of people in and out of the room, making it really hard for a mom to try to catch some sleep. I know that’s not really under their control because staff comes to the room when they can. However, it was a lot to the point that by the last day I was beyond ready to leave and have some privacy. Other than that, great team and great experience!"
