"My specialist sent me to United Vein for an ultrasound because they had the 1st available appointment. I made my appointment with the doctor and when I got there I was seen by StevenTrisker.. Who is a Nurse Practitioner not a Doctor. He was awful. Rude, didn’t answer any of my questions and told me to see the front desk to “set up” the test. I was fuming! How dare does a medical professional walkout while a patient is talking. At the front desk the scheduled the test. I wasn’t going to go back because of the entire staff. My husband convinced me to just go back and have the test. After the test Steven Trisker came in and I flipped and told him to leave and get me a DOCTOR. Dr Sanjeev Saxena came in. He was extremely nice. He then told me I had a blood clot behind my knee and said I needed to take meds for the blood clot and veins burned in my thighs. I left there thinking something’s not right. I had no issues with my legs or veins. This test was ordered because I was in a bad car accident and having an array of issues. Not because my doctors were concerned about my veins. When I got home I called my doctor and told him what was going on. He rescheduled the appointment with an ultrasound doctor. First he was shocked at how great my legs look. No varicose veins and no out word signs of an issue. He did the test and found nothing wrong. I don’t need any vein burning, no blood clot. From the minute I met the front desk staff to the nasty PA I knew I didn’t trust them and I couldn’t be happier I went with my gut. All I kept thinking is bait and switch and that’s what I got. I’d avoid this place like the Plaque."
