"Called this morning to make a telehealth visit with a provider. They were able to get me in at 1pm. Called around 1:20 because I didn’t hear from them and was told there’s a two hour window for telehealth visits. Would’ve been nice to know that when making the appointment. Called back around 3 and was told that I cancelled the appointment, then she stated that I’m a new patient so I would need to be seen in office when I’ve seen Dr.Trudell in office and have had a telehealth visit with her nurse practitioner Robyn before. They said they have none of my previous records. How wonderful. Asked to speak to the manager Gloria and never heard back from her. Great patient care. Since they have no record of me being a patient anyways, I’ll find somewhere else to go."

The staff was very friendly and respectful, from the receptionist to nurse Tia that took my vitals.
