"Did not complete all orders as requested was told to take sterile cups home and return to drop off after an hours wait. Super disappointed in the wait time and complete disregard when asked to complete UA orders during appointment. Clearly she forgot to enter in computer and didn’t want to admit it."

"The staff here are overworked and understaffed and clearly in a miserable situation. They are, as a result, very rude in their evident hated of their jobs. I would recommend NOT coming here because when this is the culture of a medical site where medical errors are far far more likely to happen. I don’t mind them being rude. I don’t mind being lectured with an exasperated tone for asking the most basic of questions. I can handle to utter lack of information about the hours of operation for the site, if you need an appointment or not, what services they do and don’t offer, etc. I can even deal with them locking the front door 15 minutes before closing, having them tell us not to open the door to anyone who knocks and then having to explain the situation to someone who then gets let in when another patient opens the door to leave. But I draw the line at having zero confidence that I will get accurate medical test results for myself or anyone in my family Even by Florida’s already pathetically low standards for healthcare, this place achieves a remarkably low rating from me. If there was an option for negative five stars, I’d give it. Ok, to be fair, maybe there’s one situation where you might want to come to this site. If you are taking a drug test screen for an employer and know that you were going to fail it, you might have a better chance of them screwing it up and you actually passing the test and getting the job."

"The staff is rude, the waiting room crowded and if there is a problem getting blood they kick you out after two tries. They won't try again. That, in my opinion, compromises patient health as it delays testing and medical treatment. This is a blood mill where money is more important than patient safety."

"I had a horrible experience. I was getting an annual panel that was ordered by my primary. I arrived and checked in at 945 for my 950am appointment. I was taken after 6 ppl who had later appointments and arrived after me. After the forth person I asked the technician who came to pick up another patient why I was not being called for my appointment. The first tech stated someone picked my name. 10 minutes later I asked another tech and she said my name was there on the paper sheet. I finally got picked up at 1010am. I am 9 months pregnant, I was fasting and when I finally was called I asked the women who was going to take my blood if a manager was there that I could speak too and she said yes there is one but never escalated my concerns. I asked her why I was by passed and she said that there are 6 technicians and patients come all at once. I told her that everyone who came in after me with an appointment was taken back and I saw their appointment times on the monitor which were after mine. She never addressed my concerns. She then put the arm rest of the chair down on my stomach and rested it on my stomach. I moved it back up and told her I did not want an arm rest on my stomach she put it back down and said well I need to put my stuff there. I started crying and she said you need to leave I will hurry up. I did not say another word while she drew my blood and instructed me to the bathroom for my UA. She did not talk to me and I left after my tests were completed. I would train the whole staff in empathy for patients because no one cared what was happening in the lobby. Not one person including the manager cares about treating someone like a human being. No one knows why a patient is there and what they are going thru when they walk in."

"The place itself looks great. It’s modern, new, clean and fresh. However, the service is just horrible. Unfortunately, Ketanya had no service skills. She was very unfriendly, impolite, did not smile, made a few mistakes, and just wanted to get me in and out like a machine in a car factory. This is not the service anyone should expect, especially when it comes to our health."
