"Had my wellness annual check up (blood work!!!). Took 2 vaccines and had a bad reaction which I was trying to report to Dra Valentina. Set up an office visit to report and explain all bad reactions I had. Took 45 min beyond my time to be seen and again their main concern is to have my insurance info to bill a new consultation, as said they I’m having new problems. I never had problems before coming to the office and take 2 vaccines. Needed explain what I felt and see what I needed to do but they can’t see a patient, they need to write it down and check their iPads. Unfortunately that’s the way medicine is practice nowadays. She said to access my info and to register my complains, they need my insurance. That’s not right. They have their own system and should be able to see my records and add whatever they need to register medical conditions. I’ll keep looking for a doctor that sees beyond their electronic devices."
