Petco Vaccination Clinic

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Absolutely horrendous. Staff was not approachable at all. The system is very fast paced with no consideration to the customers. The woman asked for my pets information and walked away without any instruction. She then turns around and gets upset for not following her. She then takes my dogs weight and when she finished all customers are told to wait in the aisles since theres no actual waiting area. I noticed the vets were very rough with the animals and showed no effort to make the animal comfortable. The vets struggle with the dog for the customer in front of me and ultimately handed the customer a syringe with medication and instructed the customer to administer it themselves. I took my dog for a bordatella vaccine. When they brought him back to me they had mistakenly given him a rabies vaccine!!!! They then gave him the bordatella vaccine. This was my first and last visit to Vetco. Who knows what other medication mix-ups they are having there. If you care about your furry friends keep them as far away from this service as possible."
