"I have been using Taylors Pharmacy for many years. My cat is 16 years old. We started him at Taylor's. I am very disappointed in the length of time to get the medication and to get through to follow up with our refill called in two days ago. I waited 10 minutes to be disconnected. Another 20+ minutes to go through the line again and finally speak to Paige. Paige was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the medication for my cat will not be shipped out until Monday or Tuesday. Today is Friday. I called it in Tuesday or Wednesday. What am I supposed to give my cat for his gastritis until then? The product is great!! The customer service is not so much."
