"Billing practices are strict. They send an email for the first notice, then they mail a second notice. If you miss a payment of a small amount, they have no problem more than doubling what you owe. 15 days to pay, no option for online payment. They turned 13.74 into 28.74 per child. So because my kids got the flu shot at the same time and paying just slipped my mind for a few weeks, we got hit with $30 in late fees. If we could just pay at the time of service, it would be fine, but they are unable to figure out what is actually owed at the time of service. It's all a small amount of money and I have no trouble paying it, its just I lost focus with holidays and such. Rarely available to see your kids in a timely fashion if they get sick. Dr. Benjamin-Arias is great, I would highly recommend her if you go with them."
