"Do not bring your dog here they do not give a damn about the health of your pets all they care about is money also dr Carmen swore to my mother on the phone no professionalism at all very disrespectful do not take your dog here!!!!! And please if your gonna reply to this review be truthful not condescending no one is mad over a $5 extra charge they’re mad you scam people for thousands who says you have 5 minutes to make a decision for ur dogs life cuz you’re closing you know what people care about and you’re trying to profit insane amounts from it I honestly will team up with the community and sue I already know a few people in your plaza that don’t like the way you guys do things also how is Rosa still working there is she family cuz she’s a terrible worker and a terrible person I think a homeless person would do a better job than her disrespectful ahh. ALSO ANY OTHER BUISNESS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EXCEPT THIS ONE."

"Front desk staff are good for the most part. There is an associate Rosa whose job should be somewhere remote and never speaking to customers. I was given a quote prior to any service, higher than I wanted to pay but as someone else said, we want the best for our pets. My cat needed to stay overnight and the following day when my daughter went to check on him she was told he needed another x ray and a shower. She said ok not knowing this was their way of adding a service. Just over a year, I brought two of my cats, one wasn’t doing well and eventually passed, the other was there for a checkup. When the bill came for the second cat, there were items we didn’t agree with. Luckily my wife was there too to confirm because I might have just brushed it off because of losing my other cat. I don’t mind paying what I owe but don’t add things NOT discussed. Rosa must be a family member because I am not the first to complain about her customer service or lack there of. Say no to Rosa, and if she is this location’s representative, say no to Animal Medical Center as well."
