"Phone issues, nobody answers. I missed an appointment last Saturday due to this issue. Called 2 days before to reschedule and nobody answered. Feel bad for doctor. Her or his time is valuable the phone issue needs to be corrected. In addition, I have to wait 1 more week to see the doctor."

"Update: The manager called me immediately after the post below and rectified the issue with the upmost professionalism. I appreciated the attention provided and would continue to recommend them now. It's affordable and convenient. It was great for my 7 month follow up but for my renewal. The service is completely unacceptable. I had an appointment by phone today and was NEVER contacted. No one ever answers the phone and there's no voice-mail box to leave a message, not that they would call you back. They should have their operating license revoked as they are playing with people's medical care. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!"
