"The only concern I have with the pediatric office is due to covid, they're only allowing 1 parent in. Which is great. However with our new baby's first visit, my husband and I were both allowed in the back. The second visit they wouldn't allow my husband in and that frustrated both of us. I feel like we have taken great strides in having partners get involved with their childs wellbeing and now with covid we have taken 2 steps back. I just wish this wasn't the case at least for the first year. Otherwise great office and fantastic care."

"Met with Dr. Li today. She actually took time to "listen" to my challenges, and reassured me that we can't fix everything at once. However, we will climb the mountain one step at a time to resolve my issues. She prioritized my list and again gave me reassurance. I will state that my appointment was at a particular time and 50 minutes later, I was called back. Typical doctor office. All staff that I encountered was extremely helpful, and genuinely kind. What you might want to know is that this facility doesn't play regarding missed, or late, appointments. I have a couple of friends who use this office, and they both warned me about the policy. Well, the policies are listed on the wall, in the waiting room, so, there is no reason for whining. Strict policies may be hard to handle, but it's not fair to hold up someone else's appointment because of timing problems, or no show. Someone who may have needed urgent care could have taken the spot. Plus, it is a business."

"I really appreciate Dr. Annette Cabiac as my primary doctor. She really does take the time to listen to any concerns you may have and is very thorough and professional. I also had seen Dr. Clement once who fit me in the next day after realizing I had the initial stage of shingles. He immediately prescribed an antivirus that stopped the shingles and coincidentally cured a cold virus that I'd had for a month. I had been going to this office for 30 years when I had originally seen Dr. Joan Kidd and she was also incredible with a warm bedside manner."

"I had an appointment here February 13th, 2019. I saw Dr. Jianyu Li and she & her office team were absolutely amazing. Due to the weather conditions, I ran 20 minutes late for my appointment, take this seriously because this office is very time structured! I had to reschedule my appointment, but the receptionist was so nice helping me get a second one set up that took place within hours. After coming back for my next appointment time, I was immediately taken back and the Doctor's nurse was very attentive to any concerns I had regarding my health. I only did a general check up so my time with Dr.Li was limited, but she was very sweet and understanding with everything I discussed with her. The staff makes a Doctor's office, and having come off of a horrible primary care team previously, this group lives up to my very high expectations. I highly recommend them!"
