"After my first office visit I was encouraged to give them a five-star review. I didn't do that. My one star is after 6 months of them being my primary. For one thing the doctor never discussed with me the results of a test they did in the office nor posted the results on their portal. Not until a week ago after six months. After which I had to Google what the test results meant. They never answer the phone nor called back like an animated answering system said they would. I'm talking about eight times at least. They've been trying to reach me the last few days but I don't answer or call them back. I am reciprocating by giving them some of their own "medicine". It's not a fluke when you don't respond for eight phone calls. I know every time they called and I received every single one of their voice messages. I chose not to get back with them. Just like they must have chose not to respond to me. For the last 3 days I've been trying to reach them to cancel an upcoming appointment and they never answer. I considered just not showing up. Why should I work so hard to cancel an appointment. Today they finally answered twice. The first time she couldn't hear me and she hung up. I was asked if I found another primary doctor and I said no but I would no longer go there. She asked me for the reason and as I was explaining the reasons why she hung up on me. She probably figured why waste time for a lost cause. I'm not even going to get into here how bad the referrals were."

"This place has been a God send; if I could give it 10 stars I would. After really struggling to find doctors that worked well with my mom we ended up here due to an insurance change. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors, they are just the most hospitable, patient and friendly people. They really understand the senior demographic. Everyone actually says good morning when they pass you in the lobby. They limit the amount of paperwork the older person has to fill out and do that in person actually talking to the patient WHICH MAKES SO MUCH SENSE. For someone caring for a mom with early stages of Alzheimer's, I honestly almost cried the first time we came here. Just the incoming paperwork process alone made it obvious they understood. They care not just about the patient but the caregivers."

"The staff from reception to the doctors are a pleasure to deal with. The boss though, is very rude. Loud and obnoxious. She made my blood pressure rise the way she talk to people. Everyone in waiting room could hear her yelled at nurse. I love my doctor but I think I’m changing. No one should talk to people like she does."

"My mom has been attending this office since 2008.(18 years). What we love about this office is that the Dr’s spend time with the patient explaining results. They ask questions and encourage the patient to ask questions as well. The office staff is like no other. They are loveable, respectful and helpful. If we could give them 10 stars we would. As a daughter I am so appreciative of the care they have and continue to give my mom!❤️"

"Courteous, professional, and quick. The doctor explains things and is very kind when discussing weight loss. The staff is attentive and patient and very personable. Jessica was my medical assistant and has a great personality for this job. I highly recommend this facility."
