"I was the first one in line this morning about 6:00 only to be told when they finally open the doors at 7:00 that they were not taking walk ins Unfortunately I did not make an appointment and because they're short staff was the reason I don't think the customer should have to suffer because they are short staff. So I give them one star because I drove kind of far to get to this location."

"I've used this lab 5+ times and have never had an issue. I always make an appointment online beforehand and highly suggest others do so. All of the techs are polite, some more friendly and personable than others but they have a job to do and are always so busy! My tech this morning was Vikki and she was wonderful!"

"I recently visited this location, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the nurse's demeanor was extremely rude. Despite my attempts at conversation, I received only rude comments and attitude. During the blood drawing, the nurse had zero bedside manner, drawing blood roughly and leaving my arm bruised. It has been a week since my visit, and look at the condition of my arm. If she hates working that is not my problem. Regrettably, this experience has left me with a negative impression, and I have decided not to visit this location again. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service for future patients."

"Received Quest text message yesterday about my appointment this morning. "When you arrive, please click this link to check in." Which I did. The place is packed, standing room only and from where I'm sitting I can't see the screen. After 35 minutes, a tech came out and I asked her about the check-in text message working. She says "I'm not an IT person" and goes in the back. Walked out. Oviedo Quest is terrible. Go somewhere else!"
