"I just called in as a new patient. the greeting I got was the name of the location, that was literally it “LABWORKS,” so I specified who I was and when I was looking for and that it was time sensitive and she literally said “ What is time sensitive?” So I told her the pre-surgery date and the surgery date and before I could tell her that I have to have it three days before her pre-surgery date she Specifically said “ Well, that’s not time sensitive” I didn’t ask for this woman’s opinion I was asking as a cash patient to figure out if they do the labs that I need and to schedule it. Instead of trying to figure out what labs I need and to actually help me she seemed very condescending extremely unprofessional, and I do not recommend using this location."
