"This review is ONLY for the receptionist that answered in the afternoon and the fact the office keeps her around. She wasn't friendly at all, sounded like she was dead inside and annoyed all at once when she answered. She sounded miserable that I called at all, and the way she interrupted me to ask my insurance and told me "We don't take that" my Medicaid insurance, she sounded disgusted. She really needs to get a new job. I was RELIEVED when she told me she didn't take my insurance, so I wouldn't have to deal with her negative attitude beyond that call. Good luck to everyone else, just wanted to give you a heads up that they see to have one of *those* type of receptionists."

He always takes the time to talk to you, listen and explain everything. He also offers holistic and natural options for care, and is mindful of the high cost of medication and treatment. "The doctor itself was really nice. I don't have any issue besides the receptionist and the guy who work as medical assistant to confirm your appointment on the day of your appointment. I never have any issue with my insurance until they told me to call again for referrals update. I seen the same doctor for a year now and have only follow up appointment. But they won't let me speak with him on the day of my appointment because they need to verify again my insurance. First of all, I am Healthcare worker as well. They need to confirm appointment prior appointment and verify all information needed and not on the same day of appointment. Second, you need to be nice with patient's. Some patient will be rude but you need to have your patience or if you don't have it then quit. That job is not for you. Third, If the patient asking for manager don't hang up. This is absolutely rude. I am not going back to this clinic again. They are so unprofessional.."
