"Unfortunately this was the second time I’ve required their care but I was so impressed the first time that I drove across town to see them. Just like before they were courteous, quick, and most importantly very qualified. I’m hoping I won’t require their services again but if I do I’ll head straight over to GuideWell of Winter Park."

"I’m gonna be so real, they let me leave with a dislocated shoulder. I was here on a Friday for some of the worst pain I’ve felt in my life and I was not seen until an hour after close. The X-Ray tech was strange and did not make me feel comfortable. I did enjoy the front desk and nursing staff however I did have to return to a different urgent care this morning to fix the problem I tried to solve at this establishment. I would highly recommend any of the advent healths over this location. My problem was fixed quickly and efficiently at the advent health location and while young, the staff was friendly, courteous, quick, and kind."

"Everyone here is so helpful. We’ve been here numerous times over the years, from sports injuries to the sinus infections. It’s clean, organized, and everyone is so helpful. Better to make an appointment before you go, but if you can’t, they do take walk-ins, and I’ve never had to wait an inordinate amount of time. One of the things I trust the most, is, if they have been in doubt, they don’t hesitate to send us to a main emergency room, where they feel we would be better serviced. Parking is easy. This is our go-to minor emergency/illness clinic."

"Horrible service. I call before arriving, made sure they could take me me in. I was about to write my info and receptionist just pulled out the pad, saying they decided to shut. I drove 30 min to be here. Lady by the name of Ann very rude. This people are so wrong, didn’t even asked why I was there, my attention needed. It’s not like they are doing you a favor. You pay. If I could give this clinic zero stars… would do it. Your customers are patients that are sick and they kick you out. I got there at 2:55 and the closest at 4 pm. Don’t waste your time there"

"I injured my knee and was having difficulties walking even after a week so, I called my insurance provider and they suggested this place over the ER and, great idea. The staff were incredibly friendly! From check-in to being placed in a room was only about 10 minutes. They did x-rays, fitted me with a knee brace and sent me on my way in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed!"
