"Worst experience ever. Very crowded. Rude staff. When i asked what was taking so long (after an hour after my appointment) i was completely ignored as if I were a ghost. Everyone in the waiting area was complaining of being there for a long time as well. I ended up leaving."
"The lack of respect towards the greatest patient is what this office has. First they give me an appointment with the wrong address (address that was confirmed by phone with the front desk the day before), when I get there at the West Colonial office 40 minutes away from my house the receptionist tells me that there do not do any US abdominal which is in the Semoran office location, located 3 minutes from my house. Well, supposedly in front of my face the receptionist calls the administrators of the Semoran's office and the administrator says that the patient should go, the US technician will wait for her, the patient is my mother, she was fasting so that's what they told her, well the US It's abdominal. I return from the west to the south, 50 minutes more driving, and when I arrived the office, the beautiful administrator she told me to my face that the US technician had already left. Really! Can you imagine the lack of respect when supposedly the one at the front desk of the West called in front of me the administrator of the Semoran office where the US is done and she said that the tech was going to wait for her to leave. In the end they all laugh at the patients because apparently the administrator is the first one that her workers don't respect her . When I arrived she tells me that she should sit me down, then she comes out to tell me that the tech has already left. It is a lack of ethics, respect towards the patient who first is fasting and second they give the wrong direction. But the thing is that in front of me the administrator called (I don't know where), the administrator of the office in Semoran said that the 2pm patient had also been sent to the location of the West office as well. So this It is recurring. Of course, today, Friday, it seems that the US technician had a romantic appointment, because if the patient at 2pm couldn't do the US, the technician surely went to her appointment at 1pm and lied in my face. What mistreatment of the patient. GOD father, no one answers, all are justifications."
"Awesome visit. She was kind, patient with all my concerns and demonstrated geniune interest in my health. Recommend to my family and friends"
"Very slow . If you can’t handle that much people don’t give appointments . Patients come to your center not to have fun . Some patients are truly sick they need to leave as soon as possible . Not spend couple of hours their half the time sitting waiting . Those are human beings , maximum should be waiting is 15 minutes to your appointment. Ur appointment at 3 pm u suppose to go in maximum by 3.15 . Again we are not there for Fun and time is valuable . Work on that . .over an hour waiting waiting for a patient coming left hospital couple a days ago needs to ask the Dr couple of questions about what happened and needs some new medications and a referral to see her new specialist ."
"Great experience definitely refer people here. Very friendly and patience. Dr. Edwin Rivera is spectacular and LISTENS to his patients, which is hard to find now a days. A doctor that actually cares about your issues and doesn't rush you put like your just another paycheck. Again spectacular experience always. Plus the friendliest front desk person Marta brightens your day with her joyful attitude and the way she goes way out of her way to help even if it has nothing to do with her. She goes above and beyond. All other nurses are great too. Even the check out person Dara, I think. Names aren't that important just know that this? Yes. A spectacular group of people work here. Definitely should give them a chance. And I am very picky as you can see for my other reviews on places. This place holds the highest standard i've seen so far and am glad we ended up here."
