"This place is the worst experience i have ever had. Aug 21st i paid for my part of a surgery that was coming up on the 24th. No one ever called me from surgery center just received a text to pay. Well after some thought i needed to know if there would be more money owed for the other eye when i went in for that one. Never could get anyone to answer phone so i cancelled my appt on the 24th. Had to go to Apopka McGruder Eye Institute so the lady there could email someone to refund my $300 i had paid for one eye. After she emailed Solomon called me to explain i would get a refund check in 4-6 weeks. Well its been 8 weeks and i still have not received my check and no one will answer the phone or return my messages that i leave twice a day. i am so damn furious as i am a single mom and need this money back!!!!"

"I am writing this review while I am waiting for my scheduled surgery appointment. Also, please keep in mind that I am a veteran of the U.S Army and base this experience on years of dealing with the VA. This is my absolute worst experience with a medical treatment facility. I signed in 2 hours ago, have asked twice about my status, and I am still waiting. No one at the front desk can explain the delay. My driver and I are stuck wasting our day away. There are a shortage of chairs and clients are stuck standing around. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Honestly, I am shocked that it remains open and operational. I gave it two stars because they have some chairs and a bathroom."

"Second visit with my mom in three weeks & if you like waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room with rude front desk people than this place is for you. Then once you’re completed with the Surgical procedure & you have to get a pressure check but the staff goes to lunch between 1130 to 1230. So arrive at 745 for a 8 am arrival & leave at 1300. I had a knee surgery last month & spent less time at that visit. This place is “the puppy mill of eye surgeries”."

"Awful Administration, they keep sending bills after payments were made, they just NEVER pick the phone, not event to speak someone about the annoying mail bills they keep sending. try to go to speak with someone responsible for anything it's an adventure and when you got back they did nothing!... Their online payment is trash and dangerous rare the system don't keep records of *anything* you just send blind payment through the web, you can't manage anything of your information. Something shade is in here behind this bad place."

"I highly recommend this Center. The staff is professional and friendly, competent and efficient. My pre-op and discharge nurse Sandy was knowledgeable and attentive. Nurse anesthetist Michelle was competent and answered my questions. OR nurse Morgan was also caring and competent. I felt cared for and in professional hands from start to finish."
