All were warm and friendly and very efficient. The doc I saw gave me the secure feeling of comforting trust that I am in the hands of a professional that will give the best result I could ever hope for. Where would we be if they weren't doing what they do!"

"This medical group is just awful. Despite my repeated visits over six months, they never resolved my issue, and some of the medications they prescribed made the issue worse. Despite my repeated requests, I never had the opportunity to meet the doctor, only the PA and nursing staff. The admin team is unreliable, and I was frequently told information that proved to me either wrong, or lacking context. The PA that helped me was pleasant enough, but overall, do yourself a favor, and find yourself another Urologist."

"Staff here is very pathetic lack of professionalism staff simply doesn’t care. Varlene medical assistant was extremely nasty and rude. Walked off while I was getting water had to go look for her. She’s chopping it up with other staff. After checking me in she snatched documents off the counter and walkout without acknowledging me."

"We have left a dozen messages to get a post vasectomy analysis count ordered and no one will return our all. The best part about it is they’ve already charged us for it when it hasn’t been completed and/or ordered!!!!! We have also left several messages about this bill we receive monthly and when calling the number for billing questions on the invoice they say to contact the medical office instead, as they have no record of it. This place is a freaking joke!"
