"I've gone to Dr Weaver a few years and have no complaints there - good communication, thorough, etc. The office is convenient because they do bloodwork right there. All that is the reason for 3 stars. But there's the fundamental problem mentioned in other reviews: they rarely answer the phone or return messages. For someone just getting a yearly physical and not needing much else I tolerated it for awhile but this year I decided it's time to move on. So I called another doctor on my insurance and someone picked up immediately and I got scheduled."

"Kind of surprised the rating for this office is not lower. The office staff is not the best and the equipment they use looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. Dr. Albers herself is certainly not the best PCP in the world, and overall just does not seem to care or be competent. When I went for my annual physical she listened to my heart and that was it. When my blood test came back as having high cholesterol, which I later found is unusual for someone my age, they only advice I was given was a brief note on the test results to eat more vegetables. She also thought that my lymph node was a neoplasm, and insisted I get CT scan. When I went back to go over the results with her she literally just said "I don't know." This led to me being shuffled between specialist, which combined with the slow service of this office l, made the pain I was experiencing drag on for months until I finally ended up in the ER. Also, when I had a knee injury and asked for a referral (as required by my insurance) Dr Albers just handed me a list of doctors and said pick one. When I asked which one treated knees she said any of them can do it, which I later found our was absolutely not the case. I look forward to not having to go here anymore."

"It's true that you have to leave a voicemail when you call the office and wait for their call back but the call back is usually same day so it's not a big deal. I do highly recommend this office bc Dr Albers is great! She's really knowledgeable, experienced and takes her time with you. She was able to correctly diagnose and treat me when other specialist doctors completely missed it. The patient portal is also super convenient for viewing your lab results and communicating with the Dr. Dr Albers is very quick to respond. Overall very happy being a patient at this office. My husband goes to see Dr Weaver in the same office and is also very happy with the care."

"Expect to leave a message if you want an appointment, but they do respond in a timely fashion. Dr. Albers was professional and thorough. If you are looking for a doctor who will spend ages with you as though you are a personal friend, then perhaps this is not for you. She spent enough time with me to answer my questions, and responded quickly once I set up my personal account where all of my medical information is stored, and emails can be exchanged. My impression is that her practice is too busy to stand around and chat, but if you have a real issue, she will be there for you."

"Dr. Albers is amazing!!! She is so personable and actually takes the time to talk to you. So compassionate and caring, best doctor I've ever had! I will say its hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone and or get a call back in a reasonable amount of time which is frustrating, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful."
