"I had an appt as a new patient on Tues May 16th which went very well. (Love her) Dr Carmen sent the prescriptions I am out of to my pharmacy. I contacted my pharmacy on Wed. (I usually get a text from them the same day that they are ready for pick up) The pharmacist told me they had sent faxes Tues & Wed requesting dosage info & we’re waiting to hear back from the Dr. It is now Thursday afternoon. I called the Drs office this morning & they told me they would get a message to the person handling my prescriptions. I called the pharmacist this afternoon & they told me they sent ANOTHER fax this morning & still have not heard back from the Dr. I had to LEAVE WORK EARLY & I have now been sitting in the Drs office for 20 minutes waiting to find out WHAT THE ISSUES ARE WITH MY MEDICATIONS!! I find this extremely IRRESPONSIBLE!! I was just informed that no one know why this wasn’t addressed on Tues but they are taking care of this now. I am wondering if this is going to happen on a regular basis so I would probably not recommend this practice to anyone."
