"This is BY FAR the worst medical provider I have ever used. Their service in the hospital was fine, but billing has been horrendous with them. The office has made billingakes for both of my deliveries. 4 years apart and time-consuming, frustrating waste-of-time-calls to their office and collection agencies for mistakes they made. For both services, I set up payment plans with their office and had automatic deductions sent through my bank's bill pay. Both times, a few months after the deliveries, I received notices from a collection agency. After making a few calls to their office to figure out why I was sent to collections, they informed me that they had switched service providers and didn'tc their clients. Along with quite a few of other clients, I was sent to collections. Ultimately they rectified the problem but I was so stressed and wasted so much time making so many unnecessary phone calls. Bad, bad business communication and organization."

"I was contacted by my provider indicating that I would possibly have to pay for Anesthesia and that I should get in contact with this office about the cost. The woman I spoke with told me she could not give me an estimate because of the variables of person, insurance, and time under all effected final cost. I asked if I could at least get a range. She told me to call my insurance if I would like to know. Considering that I am a paying customer, it is their obligation to determine what I am responsible for. Not telling me to go figure out the cost of their service. I don’t expect an exact number but considering that my insurance information and my personal demographics can be plugged in, the only outlying variable would be how long I’m under so a range is possible. She then told me “I have been doing this for 20 years and that’s the way it’s always been.” No, it isn’t because I have used Anesthesia for procedures in the past and my provider was always able to give me at least a general idea of what I might owe. Given how trite the answers this woman gave me were, I would imagine she plays coy with people on a regular basis and then gives them the “That’s on you” lecture when they call outraged by their bill. Needless to say, I canceled my procedure. What a joke. I’m thankful I didn’t use this place."

"This practice is a huge SCAM!! Please do not use them. At first they said they are in network and my insurance will cover the cost. Then after my surgery I get hit with a out of network bill for the full amount! They refused to honor their words and continue fighting with my insurance and I to get their full amount and didn't want to settle on what was originally promised. Please stay away, if you use them I guaranty they same will happen to you also."

"I delivered my daughter in May 2015. Here it is, February 2019, and I just received a call from a collection agency saying I owe in excess of $900. For what? Why am I just hearing about this? I called the billing office and was told they sent one (1) bill to an address I have not lived at in over 3 and 1/2 years. In addition, the billing office gave me an amount almost half of what the collection agency is saying I owe. I will be reporting this to the BBB and I will be fighting this negative remark they put on my credit! BAD BUSINESS!"

"They gave me pain medication I didn't want after my surgery when I was barley conscious. And then charged for them and wouldn't work with me what so ever on the bill even though I was paying for my expensive surgery out of pocket. I had already paid them thousands of dollars and they squeezed a little more out of me. I guess that might be one way to do business but certainly not good health care. I would recommend not using these people, they are rude and dishonest"
