"I called to make a sick visit for my child and the staff just laughed at me and said they wouldn't be able to see my child for 3 days. Ridiculous! You do not laugh at the fact that my child is sick with 102 fevers! HORRIBLE! Don't even waste your time with these people. I tried to file a complaint with Florida Hospital and they emailed me about being concerned and sorry but NOTHING was ever done. HORRIBLE!"
