"After appt on Thursday, late afternoon, I woke the next day with a headache. Since I never get headaches and am rarely ill, I figured it would pass. It intensified over the weekend. I began calling the center early Monday. Eventually connected with someone after 3. Got a call back after 4 that Dr wanted to see me. Last I heard. Cancelling all appts, looking for new PCP. Sad, that you can't get an answer when one is needed."

"I recently had to change insurance companies and was terrified to find that my PCP for over 15 years was not a participating provider. I started going to Centerwell, seeing Carlos Bayona. I was pleasantly surprised at how caring, and knowledgeable he is. He’s a great listener and allows time for me to absorb what he explains. The front office tam is also great! They answer calls timely, make reminder calls about appointments and do a fantastic job with appointment scheduling. Carlos’ assistant is amazing. She is very thorough. There’s not many doctors or offices that I’d refer to after such a short time as a patient, but Centerwell in Altamonte Springs is certainly one that I WOULD recommend! Happy Patient!"

"Ms. Paola Chery. I won't even address you as a Dr. My first experience with her she was standing by the door leaning on the wall with her arms crossed. I chose this place because it was close to my home and she is a female.I thought a female "Dr" would understand me best. Cancelled 3x. I had to see the NP. I will never understand if you're not a people person you should really consider another field to work in. The only people that will tolerate this is the elderly. Who can't defend them selves and treatment."

"I have no problem with Dr Rojas. Terrible staff. Dr gave me a hard time because it had been almost a year since last visit. She had no idea that my previous four appointments were rescheduled by the staff days before each. I even made sure to tell staff to record in my notes that it wasn't me that rescheduled. One nurse told me to " be good " the week before blood work so that it would look better. AMAZING. I have medical issues that need supervision and in no way do I want to look 'good' for my test. On hold wait time is consistently over 10min. my last one was 25 min on hold My most recent battle with them was that they sent over wrong script to pharmacy twice. Pharmacy requested 1 med 2x ,I faxed request, I called in request and when they finally sent over it was wrong. Another wait on hold to fix. Out of the three doctors I have had with them Dr Rojas was the only one that was any good."
